For some reason, I can no longer open the Help & Support Center on Windows XP Pro. I click on the icon in the Start menu, get an hour glass, and then after a few seconds the hour glass goes away, but the Center is not launched. It did work last time I needed it a month or so ago. Any ideas? Thanks.
